Working out an hour a day!! :D

Yup and the odd thing is I don't feel tired! :o but I've only been doing this for A week :/ I've also been using mfp cal counter and that alone has helped me loose 12 pounds... But the working out an hour a day has really sped things up I lost just 2.5 pounds this last week ! Anyways my starting weight was 221 im now 209.3 :) I started at size 20 and now I'm a size 16 ! Yay go me :)
