Introduction - Newbie!

Hello,

So I just joined yesterday - I also started my new fitness and eating egimen yesterday.
Its so hard to control myself, I looooooove food.

I had a baby in February and am looking to lose the baby weight ... my first goal is 10 lbs and I will see how I feel and look at that point before I establish my next goal.

This site seems great - I'm looking forward to using it daily.
