Looking to make my on diet to gain mussels but I don’t know where to find the right information to start with (how many calories on breakfast, lunch and dinner) unfortunately can pay a nutrition

    To get mussels, go to your seafood counter.

    To get muscles, determine your maintenance calories and eat at that level or slightly above and start a progressive weightlifting plan.

    To determine your maintenance calories, enter your stats into MFP and select maintain weight as your goal or use a TDEE calculator on the web.

    Eat more calories than you burn with enough protein and lift heavy. How you split up your meals is personal preference.
