  • Hello! I am also doing Insanity! I'm on week 4, I have 2 days to go until I hit week 5, I LOVE IT!!! I've already lost 10 pounds and a few inches, the only things that I'd actually recommend is that you pay special attention when doing the stretches, stretch, stretch, stretch! Also be sure that your form is correct, I started having pain in my knees in week 3 but it was only because I was pushing really hard with bad form.
