If you haven't been on mfp in a month, how have you been tracking your intake? If you're not accurately logging (weighing solids, measuring liquids) then it's likely you're eating more than you think.

You should also not be judging your body compared to your prepubescent body - you have gone through massive changes.

Perhaps your coach should set up an appointment with a sports dietician if theyre wanting you to change your physique.

Your weight goal is underweight, your body image is distorted. A woman's body is supposed to look differently from a girl's body. I would run away as fast as I could from your trainer.

Most likely, you don't have to track calories, but if you do, set your calorie target to maintenance, and please set your macro goals back to default. Eat food you like. Exercise to perform better, and for fun, not to lose weight.

If you're not supposed to eat any meat, nor any carbs, what ARE you eating? Vegetables are carbs. Also, 1000 calories is too low for any woman (1200 is the bare minimum), and with your exercise output you are far undereating yourself.

OP How old are you? sounds like you may be a little too young to be using the site (it's for those 18+ because calorie requirements for teens and children are much different to those of adults of the same height and weight) and if that's the case please talk to your parents or your doctor.

You are in the middle of a healthy weight range and weight fluctuations are totally normal, there is no reason at all for you to be eating 1000 calories that is far too little for an active healthy weight female, your TDEE is around 1750 at sedentary and if you're doing 25-30 hours of exercise per week then you are burning far more than that.

Eat a balanced diet, there is no need to be cutting anything out unless you have medical reasons to do so.

You need to care about how many calories you eat, because if you eat too many of them you will gain weight.

Are you tracking your calorie intake currently? 1000 calories is too little for you. 1200 is the minimum. You are a good weight for your height imo. If you haven't been tracking your intake you will have been eating more than your think.

Don't worry about carbs, there's far too much bro science out there about carbs being bad! weight loss happens when we take in less calories than we burn. If you accurately record your intake, use a food scale etc for you it would be healthy to aim to lose 0.5lb a week.
