Fat around rib

I have pinchable fat around what would be right under my chest in rib cage area. Such a weird spot I feel to have fat idk why lol. I know everyone’s bodies are different where fat goes.
Is this something that will lean out as I continue my weight loss? Any one have the same problem and saw an improvement at some point?
