Hi! long story short the grill at my school cafe got fixed and they have these chicken tenders that are really good (410 calories according to the menu) but I'm worried that eating fried food will defer my goals. Any advice?

If you like them and they fit into your calorie and nutrition goals, why would they hurt your goals?3

If it fits within your calories, then go for it. I enjoy my junk food and usually eat Taco Bell or Burgers on a fairly frequent basis.2

If your goals are health and not just weight loss, then, yes, having them frequently could interfere with your goals. If your goal is weight loss, you can make it work through calorie planning.4
