Hi!
Just introducing myself. I'm a 38 year old norwegian, working at an office. Next summer I'll be 40, so it's time to get in shape again. In high school I was really athletic, but the last 20 years I've fallen into a lifestyle of food and TV.
Currently weighing 238lbs, and targeting 198 next summer.
Just started lifting weights...still emberrasingly weak, but getting stronger.
Current 1rm:
Bench: 242lbs
Squat: 341lbs
Dead: 440lbs
