I use a calculator called Health Status to work out how many calories I can eat. Here is the link: https://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/how-to-lose-weight-fast

I excericse at least 4 days a week (cardio, 40mins) and walk at least 10k on week days. So I put ‘lightly active’ on the calculator, not sure if it should have been moderately active?

My second question is, in the result where it says ‘to maintain your weight of ____ you would need ____ calories a day’ .... does that apply to every day? Or do you eat less if you have a day at home doing absolutely nothing?

I’m sure this is very straight forward but at the moment I’m feeling confused!

Thank you in advance!

It's given you an average number of calories based on what you input as your normal weekly activity and exercise routine (unlike MyFitnessPal which excludes exercise from your base daily goal....).

Your average daily allowance will be under on a busy/active/exercising day and over on a lazy/inactive/non-exercise day but should even out over the course of the week or longer.
