P: 50 Mountain climbers (2=1)

S: 30 Burpees
T: 15 Squats

    If you want to mix it up a bit, do something like opening a book/newspaper/magazine and picking a random word,
    or pick a number between 1-10, and then find a news article and do the word at that position,
    or randomly type with 1 finger of your off hand some number of letters on your keyboard with your eyes closed,
    or randomly pick a number of Scrabble tiles,
    or... you get the idea.

    Or get someone like me to program something that takes a word and prints out a workout, with a timer, for both total time, and rest time between sets, and the ability to record what you do on which days, and things like fastest time to do 50 jumping jacks.... And this is how phone apps are born.

    No bueno.. mine just amounts to a bunch of squats and wall sits, then some jumping jacks. I can come up with much better workouts.

    Yeah mine is wall sits and burpees.

    Why wouldn’t I just do pause squats and high intensity bench press and achieve much better results..

    Nope. I’ve seen this before and I’m not a fan. Mine ends up with 190 jumping jacks (I HATE jumping jacks and they kill my leg full of hardware). And then I get 5 push ups? Yeah, no.
