I work two jobs and at least once a week I end up staying up for 24 hrs. I get up at about 7:30 AM go to work at noon till 9:30 PM then go to my second job job at 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM again. How do your balance our calories on a long day. Its one thing to divide your calories at 1800 but much more challenging at 1300 to 1400. When does your new day begin? By 5 AM I am hungry. I work 2 night shifts in a row, so I have another fairly long day as I am awake by noon.

In that situation, I'd just reset at midnight each day. (When I worked nights, I'd reset when I slept. But that wouldn't work in your situation.)

You can re-name your meals to be time frames, then just pick a time to reset each day that makes sense to you and be consistent with it. When I'm working long shifts, I make sure to pack plenty of snacks, eat a little more than usual, and let the rest of the week balance it out, but that may or may not work for you. Maybe experiment with meal timing and see what works?
