Half Marathon Training and Looking for Support

I'm a 31 year old mom of 3, and I've struggled getting back into shape since my youngest was born in June 2016. Now I'm currently working towards three specific goals:
1. Run a half marathon on June 23rd.
2. Lose 20lbs by August
3. Drop 3 pant sizes.
I would love some new friends and support on my journey!

I like your specific goals and time frame. I've never run a half marathon but I run a bit here and there. What running plan are you using? Good luck and add me if you want!0

I'm off the exercise bandwagon right now, but I've run 3 half marathons before. My #1 tip is do the long run in your training every single week. It is the most important.0

I try to run 2-3 half marathons each year. Your goal for June 23rd is very achievable. There are numerous plans and groups to join if those will help motivate you. Glad to help you as well if you wish to add as a friend.0
