There are no foods that fight belly fat.
Eat fewer calories than your body uses. The end.11 -
There's no such thing as "foods to fight belly fat". A calorie deficit (eating less than you burn) is what fights belly fat.
Very helpful post here:

You just have to lose weight...the mid section is primary fat stores for the majority of men and many women...primary fat stores are first on, last off...4

Sure
Parking at the far end of the parking lot.
Drinking extra water and using the rest room that's up or down stairs.
Those are the foods I use.
For bored/habit eating, Kale chips, Or just don't have anything available or convenient.

Maybe I worded my question wrong. I understand that no food will take fat away. I just need some good options for me to have while I'm sitting at my desk. I'm trying to be healthier But I appreciate the link you sent @AnvilHead. Very good information that I am going to work at.1

Don't have food at your desk?
Have planned meals and snacks. Pack them and bring them to work. If you didn't pack it, you don't eat it.
Pre-log your entire food day into your food diary before breakfast. This makes you aware of your calories, and helps you make an informed decision if you want an unplanned "snack."9 -
Thank you for all of your suggestions. It's nice to have people who are willing to help. It gives motivation to stick with it. @quiksylver296 I like your comment "Have planned meals and snacks. Pack them and bring them to work. If you didn't pack it, you don't eat it". I never thought of it that way. Makes sense.2

Yup! Best advice. Pre-plan your day including snacks. For work snacks, I'll have things like Halo Top, cheese crisps, jerky, protein chips, veggies and yogurt dip, string cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese...2 -
Try bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and cucumber to snack on. All fairly low in calories and it gives you something to do. Or put a huge mug of tea on your desk and fill it up again when it's empty. I like green tea with lemon, but maybe there are calorie free herbal or fruit infusions that you like.2

This!!!
A key point to my success was pre-logging. You tend to follow a path of success if you write it down first rather than just free wheeling it. Note that I don't always do this, but the learning process was critical when I needed to learn what a day's calorie budget should look like. I also learned the foods that really fill me up. Oatmeal, Cheerios, Protein bars really satiate me. I drink a cup of coffee in the morning and another in the afternoon and that gives me plenty of calories to work with at night when I can relax and spend time with the family.4 -
High fiber foods will at least make you feel like you have a smaller belly!1
