Well i'm kinda new on this whole discussions and etc. Started Fitness Pal the end of November 2017. Been keeping a calorie intake and some work outs. So far i have lost 25 lbs and i'm very happy about that. Goal is to loose 45 lbs more - Every month i notice i loose lesser pounds then the previous month. This month so far my Weight has remained the same. I'm happy that i have not gained any but kind of disappointing that i have not lost any. Any Ideas Community?

    How are you determining how many calories you eat?

    How long have you been logging food?

    The more weigh you loose the slower it will be smaller bodies burn less calories bigger bodies burn more have you re calculated your calories to reflect your lose you may be eating too much for your current weight
