Calculating Calories Burned?

So frustrated!!! I went on a 45min walk over lunch today at a 4.0mph speed for 3.2 miles... Mapmywalk by Under Armour calculated a calorie burn of 405, my fitbit estimated 275 and when entered the exercise into my exercises on myfitnesspal which is run by UA it recorded it as 266 burned.. How do you really know which is accurate? I have tried so many avenues to try and get a more precise calculation but no matter what I use the numbers are always different.

Nothing will be exact. Pick one method, use it for a while, see if progress matches your expectation. If not adjust as necessary.0

Average the three?
Which has the most details like heigh, weight, heart rate? I would trust the system that has the most details.
Also could one method be calculating the exercise calories burned for that 45 mins and another be calculating the total calories burned as in resting calories plus exercise calories for that 45 mins?0 -
Walking isn't a high calorie burner. 405 seems wsy too high0

Walking like a crab apparently burns a lot more.

Cardio is not the best choice for weight loss. It's helps a bit with keeping your calories in check but will never be the key to weight loss. Calories burned during cardio is just the cherry on top. Cardio is great but don't be disappointed in the way it equates to calories burned0
