Now I look and feel disgusting.
In my mid twenties..gained 80lbs during pregnancy. Lately I was on a strict diet and ate mainly raw nutritious foods( egg, chicken, veggies fruits, tea and I was slowly losing weight.
But I've been going through tough times in my personal life and I'm currently living with my parents AND it's been very stressful . My father is always putting me down and calling me a bad mother and worthless and not good for anything.
I'm eating cakes and sweets. I would get stessed and immediately stuff my face with everything in sight .
I go to the gym too and do some cardio but it's not helping because of my bad eating habits

I think the first step would be getting out of a verbally abusive house. Get an apartment, get a roommate if you can't afford it, etc. When you are on your own, you can buy only healthy things which makes it a lot easier too.

You only have to win one minute at a time. So win the next minute.4

You need to find a way to get away from your dad who is verbally abusing you. Is there a woman's shelter in your area to contact, so you can make a plan to get out of that horrible home. Your self esteem is probably in the basement. You need to learn how to defend yourself from your dad's attacks. Can you get counseling to help you build yourself up so that one day you can stand up to him or find the strength to leave?2

Recognizing you need to do something is the first step I believe. You need to make a plan. Some folks have given good ideas. Just start and keep trying and you can overcome anything!0
