    I'd be pretty pissed if I ended up having to eat tuna ramen for a couple weeks after blowing half my check.

    I think the first supplement on the upper left is for dogs, but can't really tell. Hopefully it give you a shiny coat!

    Seriously though. I spent about $200-300 a month on food (and any other household needs). Do what works for you, but if you're eating right, supplementation should be largely irrelevant.

    If you're in the US, you can probably find most of those supplements much cheaper online. When I see the prices of that stuff in supermarkets, GNC, Bulk Barn, etc... I cringe so hard. They're usually half the price online, especially if you can find some decent coupon codes and free shipping.

    I have a family of four and spend about $400 a month on groceries. All are nutritious foods and keep us on a heart healthy plan. I don't do supplements, unless my child needs a probiotic or something for a skin reaction.
    I have lots of staples in the pantry so I am not buying them all the time. Once you get on a plan of what you want to eat weekly you'll cut down on the money spent, I hope.
