So like 2 years ago I managed to lose 4 stone and get down to 10st 4 I went tiny I was fitting in all the smallest clothes and everyone was complimenting me on how much weight I had lost however I did end up gaining all that weight back over the years but now I’ve lost all that weight again and in at 10st 4 yet I’m still huge no one notices that I’ve lost weight I still look the same and all of the tiny clothes I had when I was this weight before won’t even go over my legs?? How can I be the same weight yet look like I’m the weight I started off with??

Have you been doing any strength/resistance training?0

body composition ... which is where I think Malibu927 is heading. 10st4 of mostly muscle will look a lot different to 10st4 of a body with a higher fat percentage.
Ideally you need to start working those muscles, concentrate on not being skinny but being athletic, strong and fit5
