Pure Gym - Pure Fat Burn Class

Seeking some guidance peeps, I have a "Pure Fat Burn" class tonight, which I've done before, it's mostly body weight exercises; burpees, push ups, star jumps, mountain climbers...anything which keeps the heart rate up for the 30 mins.

Not entirely sure how to log it, I'm thinking putting in 250cls to stay on the cautious side. I will be buying a Fitbit soon to help monitor my heart rate for classes and logging my calorie burn.

Do you think that would be about right? I know it's difficult to guess but your thoughts would be appreciated.
