Night take away

When you guys have a cheeky takeaway at like 3 in the morning what do you do ? Add it to the prior day or that day ?

    It makes no difference what day you add it to in this situation. I look at things from a weekly perspective anyway so it really wouldn't make much difference.
    The calories are still there and still count so add it to whichever day you want, it's not a big deal :)
    When I get an unplanned treat meal,I consider it my treat for the week and move forward.

    I log everything I eat between my wake up time and going to sleep time on one day.
    If I stay awake and eat at 3 AM it goes on the same day for me.
    If I slept and woke up and ate at 3 AM I'd probably start a new logging day.

    Either way is fine. You may find it helpful to look at your weekly calories instead of just daily.

    I log everything I eat after midnight as belonging to the next day. It really doesn't matter as long as you're logging it.

    I think MFP changes to the next day at midnight so just log it. It’s basically a very early breakfast.
