New to this - would like help?

Hi my name is Lauren and I'm new to mfp. Im 18, 4ft 10 and weight 157lbs so im looking to lose around 30lbs :)
I'm currently doing Hip Hops Abs and the 30 Day Shred everyday, im on day 4!
My problem is I have no idea how many calories im suppose to be eating a day. I've tried looking it up on the internet but I keep seeing so many different things and now I'm just confused.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated :)
