Hi my name is Lauren and I'm new to mfp. Im 18, 4ft 10 and weight 157lbs so im looking to lose around 30lbs
I'm currently doing Hip Hops Abs and the 30 Day Shred everyday, im on day 4!
My problem is I have no idea how many calories im suppose to be eating a day. I've tried looking it up on the internet but I keep seeing so many different things and now I'm just confused.
If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

I have no idea, try posting that q in the nutrition forum? But I am also somewhat new and slight confused lol I will just eat clean.0

When you put all of your stats in when you joined MFP it should done a calculation to give you a daily goal of calories to be eating?0
