I started a 100lb weight loss goal last May. In 9 months I have lost 55lb. I keep falling off the wagon. Looking for others in a similar situation.

I sold my wagon! It was completely undependable. I just log my intake because I have to eat. I just eat less calories than I used to and it’s been working.1

The wheel of my wagon always used to break after a few miles. Then I decided to upgrade for new wheels. In a sense you need a new prospective on getting fit and losing weight. Accept it as a lifestyle of healthy choices. And when you see unhealthy food you say, "That's not for people like me who appreciate health (beside very SMALL occasional rewards)." Look at unhealthy habits as though they just don't fit your lifestyle. You're beyond eating sweets, you like foods that existent your life. Be boujee with it, hahah that's how the Vegans do it (lol just kidding... I'm vegetarian though).1
