Good and bad days

Do you have days that you feel fat and days that you feel good? That is something that hinders my goals. I will feel good about my body and think its ok to continue eating my sweets then the next day I feel horrible. Also, how often do you have cheat meals?

    I am fat so I feel fat on most days! I do have days when I put on a pair of pants and they feel looser. I behave on what I call my "just normal" days. I cheat when I have a special event, a family function or holiday. Like this weekend is a girl's night and I know I will eat and drink so I am following all my rules for this whole week.
    But I get what you are saying. I think it all comes down to motivation and the long term goal you set.
    Try to stick with your calorie/exercise goals more than you cheat.

    Yes. Most days I feel fat though. :(
