Hi my name is Lauren and I'm new to mfp. Im 18, 4ft 10 and weight 157lbs so im looking to lose around 30lbs :)
I'm currently doing Hip Hops Abs and the 30 Day Shred everyday, im on day 4!
My problem is I have no idea how many calories im suppose to be eating a day. I've tried looking it up on the internet but I keep seeing so many different things and now I'm just confused.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated :)

    Try calculating your calories here:

    Select "Little/No Exercise" from my experience calculators all seem to over estimate..

    As for the Protein and Fat requirement..

    Protein go 0.82g Custom, (0.6g may also be okay, but thats your choice)

    Fat go 0.4g or 0.45g your choice..
