Hello

I’m on this bandwagon again. Adding friends to create a healthy community for myself. Add me. I’m female, 36, have four teenage boys. Own and run 3 businesses with my husband. I have 54 lbs to loose. I need support! Has anyone had success creating a community for themselves on here?

Thanks!

How long are you planning to go without treats, what do you consider a treat, and why?

Why would you never eat treats?

Keep treats. Otherwise you'll start craving them, which often results in a binge.

No reason to go without the little things you enjoy unless you can't moderate them, things I can't moderate I don't buy in, but I would still eat them if I was dining out or at the cinema for example.

Once you realise that you don't have to make drastic changes all at once to lose weight, it becomes a whole lot easier long term.

There's nothing wrong with having some treats. I've known from past experience that cutting out sweet things and treats isn't the best idea. We all need some treats sometimes. It's just all about having them in moderation

A treat is not necessarily a cheat. Cut back, yes. But don't cut out things that you can control/buy small portions of, etc.

No more treats for me either since I can't control myself :(
