Scrapping keto for clean eating

Hi
I have ate keto for the past two years but can't seem to lose anymore weight eating this way. Looking for lots of clean eating tips.
Can you have a weekly cheat meal?
Want to lose 10pounds before July 2018.

    Have you re-evaluated your calorie goal since losing weight? Is your logging accurate - weighing all solids, measuring all liquids?

    You can eat what you like - there are no food police. Why not just eat what you like, when you like, to fit your calorie goal? (if you have any care for health and not just weight loss, you'll already know to eat lots of nutritious food most of the time)

    "Clean eating" seems to be personally defined, so if you define it that way, I guess.

    Personally I like to eat mostly home cooked whole foods and always have, whether it helps with weight loss depends on how much I eat. However, I enjoy mostly eating healthfully (when I briefly did keto I did the same, don't see them as inconsistent), and eating lots of veg and fruit (we have a veg and fruit challenge in this section that you might like).

    I don't do cheat days, but I don't always eat exactly according to how I think is ideal, of course, and beyond that do holidays and special occasions and the occasional overeating day. That's not a cheat or a failure, it's how life is, IMO.
