Well its time i opened up a little and come out of the man cave, no idea what the general idea is but would like to meet like minded people. Been using the site since the beginning of June when i stumbled upon it and i have to say i didnt think it would work but it does, from 15.5 stone now 14.5 just through diet. Thinking another 0.5 stone then start some form of exercise again and try and get a social circle going again. (dont ask)

I suggest to start strength training with weights already! Why wait?0 -
Cant do the gym thing, tried many times in the past but always after 2-3 months it stops due to the mundane nature of it and ended up rushing it through to sit in the sauna for a extra 15mins.
Playing a sport though is much better, besides i have grown some 1840s style lamb chops to compliment the thinning on top and it would look out of place in a gym.0 -
35 minutes strength training properly 3 days a week is far from mundane my friend and the only way to change body composition0
