What do you think of my grocery list?

Here was my grocery list when I went to Walmart and sam's club last night. Anything you change

3 bags of brown rice steamer bags

1 bag of Granny Smith apples

1 box of fiber one brownies

2 boxes of pure protein bars chocolate

1 box of frozen lean hamburgers

2 bags of whole wheat bagels

1 bag of beef jerky in bulk

2 dozen of eggs

1 gallon of 0% milk

1 carton of unsweetened almond milk

1 box of GV shredded wheat plain

2 things of ranch

1 package of Salad and baby spinach and Broccoli oh and carrots

1 thing of bananas

5 canes of tuna

1 loaf of whole wheat bread

1 jar of claussen pickles


2 things of A1 steak sauce in bulk


1 package of whole wheat hamburger bunds


1 box of cashews in bulk

1 box of whole wheat pancake mix with flax seed in it.

3 thing of microwave steak'nshake chili

1 box of jimmy dean turkey sausage links.


I'm a bodybuilder but I like to ask anything you would change in this?

I try to buy a lot of organic stuff but I'm also on a budget and I eat a lot more protein then it seems to.

It adds up to about $120 to $130 each month or every three weeks,


I try to buy in bulk a lot but we only have sam's club where I live.

Anything you change on the list?

    It all looks good. I personally am a fan of fruits and junk food so I would probably add some ice cream and watermelon and other fruits. Maybe some candy. I like eating "clean" about 80% of my calories and the rest of the 20% I eat in junk food (Hello cheetos and ice cream!). It helps me stay on track :)

    I would probably add chicken - cause I get bored with my protein choices. I like my almond milk too....looks good to me :P
