I am new here and have no idea how the app works. However, can someone just ask me everyday if I have had my share of water and exercise?

Just input foods you eat as accurately as possible. It's as simple as that.

I concur. As a deeply technology deficient person, I'm having a tough time with the site, let alone the app. Kudos to us at least, that we're seeking a healthy lifestyle, one day at a time.2

Have you tried reading the stickied most helpful forum posts at the top of the Getting Started section? They have a wealth of info about how to set proper goals, how to use the site, how to log accurately, what to do with exercise calories, etc - as well as tons of other commonly asked questions in other sections as well...3

I would suggest you log every instance you remember and make a plan on how many ounces you drink during different parts of the day. That may help you stay on track. Best of luck!1

It gets easier with time! After a while, it's more of a habit than anything. Lots of helpful links up there already, so I won't bog you down with more
