Trying to lose 75lbs any tips?

Hi All!
My name is Sammie and I've been struggling to lose baby weight for the past 3 years. I had my last 2 son's 16 months apart (both c sections) and I've struggled with weight loss ever since. Does anyone have tips on staying on track with workouts and meals? Thanks in advance!

    Treat it with 'one day at a time' attitude and don't put a deadline for the 75lbs
    Have a schedule for your exercising
    Find a sport you love, so it doesn't feel like a chore
    Track every bit you eat
    Drink enough water and have a good sleep schedule

    I agree with the above. To lose weight you just have to eat less. What exactly have you been trying to do?
