While working through my morning routine (reading, journaling) I came across this article. It was interesting to think about how failing to "recover" in these other areas could impact progress towards my goals.

I don't particularly like the "recovery" paradigm but the content may well resonate to over-scheduled introverts

The "Recover From Food" section is a shameless pitch for intermittent fasting. The usual "10 Things You Should [do, not do, eat, not eat] clickbait article. Some common sense and a pitch in there for something specific.2
