Determining calories while healing a broken bone

So, I broke my finger pretty spectacularly today during a roller derby game.

Obviously I need to not be in a deficit to promote healing, but I'm not sure how to figure out my maintenance calories when not being active.

My TDEE with 5 hours roller skating and 2 hours lifting is around 2500 calories calculated from how much I eat and how much I lose over the past several weeks.

However, I won't be able to skate or lift until I've healed, and I'm not sure what my TDEE would be without the exercise.

I'm guessing about 300 calories a week for the lifting and maybe 1500 calories a week for skating? That would work out to around 250 calories a day. Making my TDEE 2250?

Does this sound reasonable? Help a broken derby girl out!!

If you are confident with those numbers go with them, they don't sound unreasonable.
Alternately, go to whatever TDEE calculator you have been using to get your active TDEE and recalculate it for sedentary.

    Hope your recovery is smooth.

    Cheers, h.
