Hi all. New to myfitnesspal. Not massively overweight and quite well proportioned but would like to lose around 5-8kg. I started on a fitness regime start of the year with running and cycling but can’t seem to shift weight off the scales. I exercise between 3/6 times a week alternating running/turbo interval training.

I’m tracking calories at 1200 plus what I exercise so I’m hoping this will allow me to lose some of the weight.

    Welcome to MFP, its a great site, just watch as everyone's an expert and that makes advice easy to come by, but not always reliable. Find what works for you and give it your all is the best advice I've gotten on here!
