Hi everyone! It’s been a couple years since I’ve been on MFP but I’m back. I have put on a lot of weight over the past year (about 30 pounds) and I really need to get back on track. My husband started working swing shift about a year ago and I find without him here I am bored and tend to binge eat and just sit around if I don’t have to work. I have joined a gym and push myself to go and I’ve cleaned out all the crap food from the house and have loaded it with lots of fruits and veggies. I could really use some friends on MFP to help motivate me and to give me some good food and recipe ideas! I started my journey 1 week ago and have lost 3 pounds to date. Thanks!
