Hi I Came Back!

I was an avid FitnessPal person a couple of years ago. I joined Weight Watchers and did manage a good loss of 40 lbs. Then Freestyle hit... For some reason? ( even tho lots are doing well on it!) I just can't wrap my mind around Free Point foods. For my brain, that deciphers to Eat all you can! and there are Calories involved so not only have I NOT lost since New Years.. I have managed to gain back 13 lbs and I am getting so depressed.
Sooo... I decided to come back to Logging Calories.. looking more closely at Nutrition.. and hopefully. Get Back to Losing this weight.
I'm sure the Freestyle plan is a great idea for many!.. it just doesn't seem to be what *I* need or can be successful at... I guess I need to be accountable for every single bite.
