Improving my overall health and Strength

Hey y'all im in the process of improving my overall health before something serious happens I've already had to experience a scary health situation and now on medication for the rest of my life, that was a huge eye opener for me that I need to do something now before anything else happens and that it might be to late. When I started my journey I was topping the scale at 238 pounds and that was last April currently almost a year later i'm just shy of 55 pounds lost and currently weighing 183.8 I'm feeling so much better about myself and etc. Please feel free to friend me as I'm looking for friends who may need that friend to help them get going and to keep them going.
