Binge eating - weight regain

Hi everyone,
I need some help. I was on this site for a while but I left last May. I had almost hit my goal weight, losing almost 60 lbs. Since May however, I have just ended up gaining weight. I do okay for a few weeks to a month, eat 1300 calories or so, then I binge for 2-4 days, then I eat okay for a few weeks.
I have gone up from 107 lbs to 115 lbs. I look at myself, my fat that is growing by the day and this makes me want to just give up and binge eat. I think to myself, I've messed up anyway, so I may as well just eat what I want, what difference does it make? I then eat until I feel sick and I'm usually so full, it's painful.
I know this is an idiotic way of thinking, but every time I see how much weight I've gained, I just feel so down. Especially as I am often hungry on 1300 calories. If I stick to 1300 calories, I lose weight at a rate of 1 lb every 2-3 weeks, which is too slow when I'm counting down the days until weigh day. I never used to be hungry on 1200-1300 calories, but nothing helps now.
I've considered joining the gym, but I hate exercise and most of all, how much time it takes up. Walking to the gym in the cold, spending 2 hours there, then walk back. All in all, it can take around 3 hours. But, I'm desperate. If I were to join the gym this week, work out 5 days a week, how much weight could I expect to lose per week? I'm thinking of increasing my calories to 1350- 1400 maximum, that should be sufficient, I hope.

There's not enough information on here, how tall are you? What's your age? How active are you?
going by this guide: https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmi_tbl.pdf
At 115 lbs the tallest you could be would be 5'5" and that would be LOWEST amount to still be in normal BMI.
you'd have to be around 5 feet even for 107 to be a normal bmi.

Eat whatever you want, in moderation....diets of seclusion dont work because as soon as you get a taste of whatever you cut out, it causes you to binge. I hate to sound cliche, but losing weight is really a lifestyle change. Get into a pattern, even if its just walking 30 minutes a day. Log everything into MFP and dont torture yourself if you go a bit over. If you just joining a gym, dont go all out right off the bat; build up to where you wanna be.0

That's exactly what I was doing, for almost 2 years. I thought I had made it a lifestyle, until the sudden urge to binge began.0 -
First of all we need stats: age, height, weight, goal weight to help work out your cal intake for weight loss, etc...binge eating usually occurs when you are being too restrictive.
An 8lb gain is within the range for maintenance, so you have not gained, you have maintained your goal weight range...goal weight cannot and should not be a specific number, as this can play havoc with your psyche. A range of around 7 - 8lbs seems the norm when maintaining.
If you exercise, you need to add more than 50 - 100 calories to your intake, especially if you are working out for an hour or more...0 -

I'm 5'1, 21, totally inactive. I may as well be lying down all down, I barely move a muscle. I have a much higher % of fat than most people this weight, which is a real problem. Of course I know I need to work out, but how do I stick to it? That is what I find so difficult.0
