Sushi...

Hi friends! So, I've never been one to really pay attention to how certain foods make me feel. I just eat pretty much whatever I want, and make it fit within my goals. Earlier this week, however, I had sushi for dinner. And though sushi is seriously one of my most favorite foods ever, I noticed afterwards that I just didn't feel that great. Not that I was sick, I just felt really sluggish, heavy and overly full (which, I shouldn't have been, as I honestly ate a normal sized portion of like 8 pieces). Anyone else experience this with certain foods?
