Meal prepping, anyone had success?

Hi there, i would like to try meal prepping as i keep grabbing whatever is easiest and quickest to eat and im gaining weight back! Any hintsp, tips or success stories would be much appreciated

    I don't meal prep (unless you consider cooking damily meals) but I prelog either from the previous day or in the morning.

    Yep! Works great for me. I do 2 or 3 big batches on Sunday, write down the gram weights of each ingredient as I cook, divide into Tupperware servings, then input it all into the MFP Recipe Builder. During the week I don't need to worry about cooking nor tracking too much. Just grab containers from the fridge and reheat. It's great!
