Renal Dieting Help needed

I am a 59 yr Male with recent diag of FSGS CKD 4. Trying to figure out an easy diet plan to follow without paying a dietician. I enrolled in a nutrition class for military & Retirees, very informative but info overload. I found this MFP while in the classes. I love this program!!

    Are dietitians expensive? Is it worth it to be cheap?

    See if your insurance covers a dietician (normally it does if you have specific health issues)
