Adjusting calories

I just started with my fitness pal. My question is this- it has me at 1350 calories a day taking into account my exercising and aerobics. My main focus is to tone and firm but losing 5-7 pounds would be great too. To lose that should I be decreasing my intake from the 1350? Or have they figured that in. New to exercising and working out. Thank you

If you set your goal to lose weight, then 1350 is putting you in a deficit. But that actually does not include exercise, so you'll be eating 1350 plus what you burn when you work out.1
