I've spent most of my life underweight, and got good at counting calories up (any day over 2000 was good, and if I hit 3000 even better). Then I crossed 30, bought a car and stopped walking everywhere, and went on two medications that have weight gain as side effects (not giving up the medications! Need them to function!). Gaining 20 pounds over the course of about 2-3 years was marvelous. Gaining another 20 pounds was...not so fun.

After the suggestion of just about all my RL friends, I signed up for the app. I am 5'3" and currently 160lbs. I figure it took me two and change years to put on the 20 pounds I don't like, I should give it just as long to come off, and it will help me build healthier eating habits and a new exercise habit along the way. I'm almost at the end of the month I gave myself to just track what I eat without judgement, and am about to embark on making actual changes. Wish me luck!
