Calories attributed from Exercise

Hi guys, is there a setting somewhere that changes the percentage of calories you earned from exercise in your food loggging?
I only want to eat back 30% of the exercise I do for the day, but it always offers me 100%... I have found that 100% does not work for me..

You can alter the calorie numbers when you're punching in your exercise. So, if you earned 200, you can overwrite 60. MFP isn't going to change the burns, but you can do it manually. Or just eat back 30% and finish the day under your total. I generally do.0

Ah, my calories get added by RunKeeper, but Ill work something out.0

Or figure out how to get RunKeeper more accurate on it's estimate of calorie burn, so what is sent to MFP is more correct.
