Okay, I'm following macros (because I lift weights) and I'm not quite sure what to do about the fact that I'm always over on fats!!! I can have breakfast (2 eggs) and my fat allowance is reached. It's set at 16 grams per day. Thoughts?

Do you mean your saturated fat? Because 16 grams of total fat is extremely and likely dangerously low if you aren't doing it for medical reasons.0

16 grams of fat is only 144 calories. If you are eating only 1200 calories, that's just 12%.
Curious, what are your macros set to?
