Diary question!

Does anyone know or is there any way to keep my exercise from adding calories to my daily intake. I know its not a genius test to do the math, but, I'd rather not have to if there is a workaround

The way MFP is set up is to set your calorie deficit based on the expectation of no exercise. When you log exercise, MFP will log those as additional calories, and the expectation is that you will consume those calories. Most do not consume 100% of their exercise calories, (I eat back about 50% of mine), but by not consuming them you are actually eating less than is considered healthy.2

Don't log it or purchase Premium, which gives you that option. But if you're following MFP's goals, it's expected that you would eat at least a portion of those calories back.1
