Hi! I'm just getting started here and have tried logging for a couple weeks. Any tricks to getting all the food goals met?

    I don't have any tricks, as I don't track macros... My only advice is to be honest in your food diary... Welcome to MFP!

    Thank you! I put everything done in the diary but since I don't have a scale, just measuring cups, I'm not sure how truly accurate it is. I'm finding it difficult to get all the protein in without going over in other categories.
