Hi! I make Greek yogurt from skim milk. I've read various profiles, but wonder if anyone has any "sound" profiles for it?

Someone once posted a formula on mfp to figure it out. You might be able to find it if you search for it. For me, I use the fage information. Close enough is good enough for me1
