    Interesting article.

    I only aspired for asthetics and functionality, have achieved it and am glad that he industry seems to be reembracing those standards.

    While I appreciate the work that competitive crossfit, body builder, strongman and physique competitors put into their bodies, the competitive environment still places them at the extreme end of the "sport" and just makes them curiosities to me who I have no desire to emulate.
