I’m currently on a high protein, low-fat eating plan. But I’m struggling to get my proteins while still keeping my fat intake low. Has anyone got any good snacks or meal ideas to help with this???

egg whites, chicken, beef jerky for snacks, oatmeal with added protein, low-fat greek yogurt (Siggi's is good), turkey, PB2 (powdered peanut butter with low fat)

No good snack/meal ideas, but to up your protein while keeping fat low, build your diet around egg whites, lean meat and fish, seafood, and protein shakes. Maybe beans for variety.

I use a whey protein drink which contains 42g protein, 5g carbs and zero fat in 190 cal per bottle to supplement my protein intake.

I'm in a similar boat. my trainer has me on a 40c, 40p, 20f macros. My day typically looks like the image below. My calories range from 1600 - 1800 depending on how hungry I am. 2nd Breakfast is right after I work out. I have several different meals that I can swap in/out to mix things up. The veggies in my 2nd breakfast eggs and salads change daily. I keep a basket of 20g protein bars on hand if my schedule goes sideways.

I like black beans as a protein. They are very versatile as you can find recipes to make anything from brownies to quesadilla's.
