I made chicken salad that I have been eating on all week that turned out pretty yummy so I thought I would share.

2 boneless skinless chicken breast cut up cooked
2 Tablespoon poppyseed dressing
1 small apple

Some people add grapes as well but I did not. I cut up the chicken and kind of sauteed it without any butter or oil at all. It is good alone or on whatever type bread you prefer. Simple and easy.

I do not know the calorie content per serving.
